5S Tracker Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy
Effective date: 2 October 2026
Scope and contact
This policy covers the current native 5S Tracker application. A separate browser implementation has different features and storage behavior. The native app is in preflight / late-stage pilot and release preparation.
For privacy questions, contact Sergey Balashov: scrllock@gmail.com.
Data you enter
The app stores operational structure, names/descriptions, requirements, attributes, statuses, templates, audit records, stored reports/tasks, status snapshots and comments. Auditor names and free-text comments may include personal or confidential operational information.
The reviewed native implementation does not collect device location, photos, video or document attachments.
Local storage
Native state is saved locally in an app-support snapshot, with platform file protection on iOS. Legacy local preferences may be migrated into this store. The app has no account service, automatic cloud synchronization or shared live workspace in the reviewed implementation.
No native application network client or analytics/crash-reporting SDK was identified. Operating-system backup, device protection and external file providers depend on your settings and their providers.
Offline exchange and sharing
Export/import supports a full-data package and spreadsheet formats including CSV and Excel. These files can contain operational names, requirements, auditor names, comments and status.
Exported copies leave the app’s local store under your control. If you share them through email, messaging, cloud drives or other apps, the recipient and service provider can process them. Only share data with intended recipients and protect exported copies appropriately.
Retention and deletion
Local data remains until removed or replaced through app workflows or app data is removed. Individual structure/template deletion does not imply removal of every related snapshot, report or exported copy.
Removing app data does not delete files you exported or backups held separately. Manage those copies through the relevant storage provider. Contact us if you need help identifying where your data is stored.
Support communications
Information you choose to send to support, including your email address, message and attachments, is processed by email services to respond to you. Avoid sending confidential datasets or personal information about other people without a valid reason and authority.
Changes before release
Adding accounts, cloud synchronization, telemetry or media collection would require a privacy-policy and store-disclosure review. This policy describes current pre-release behavior and does not establish release or pilot acceptance.
