What to include
Do not send passport/visa numbers, detailed travel history or confidential operational datasets by default. We can discuss the minimum information needed for the issue.
- App version/build, device model and operating-system version.
- The steps that led to the problem and any visible error message.
- Whether the problem repeats and when it started.
- A screenshot with personal or confidential information removed, if useful.
